This is a BRAND NEW Official Disney Tinker Bell Necklace with a Vial of Blue Pixie Dust which comes to you direct from Walt Disney World in Florida.  It is in MINT CONDITION!  This is a child's necklace.  Beautiful Blue Lace is wound through the necklace.
