If for any reason a problem should arise with the equipment please contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation in a smooth and proffesional manner. All phones carry 30 day warranty covering phone functionality only (Not caused by human error). Because these are pre-owned phones we do not guarentee the battery life of the phone nor are we responsible for any Network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Buyers are RESPONSIBLE for confirming compatibility with their providers prior to purchase; ProvenBlue will not be responsible if an incorrect phone was purchased. We are NOT responsible for internet/web browser compatibility issues. Phones returned for this reason will incur a restocking fee. Any defective items must be reported and returned within 30 days from the arrival date. All returns must include the eBay item number along with the eBay user id. No returns will be accepted without eBay user and item number. Returns must be authorized by ProvenBlue personnel prior to being sent. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns made by the buyer. No refund or replacement will be given until we received the returned items. Unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed and must be done on the same day of order. If you decide to cancel your order, you MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY at 424-204-0405 during our business hours, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm PST. There are certain restrictions that apply and vary depending on purchase. If your purchase has already shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee, when the item has been returned.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Shipments are usually processed within 24 hours of purchase but no longer than 3 business days after payment has been received and all information is confirmed. We reserve the right to hold shipment for verifying payment. We are not responsible for any lost packages if the package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping service.We ship the majority of our packages through USPS Priority Mail, if the purchase will not fit in a USPS Flat Rate box it will be shipped out FedEx Ground. Accessories are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Delivery is between 3-7 business days of item being shipped, expect delays during peak shipping seasons. If you choose to pay extra for FedEx Express shipping please take in consideration that if the purchase is not paid for before 12 pm it may not go out same day. Also please be aware that FedEx does not ship during the weekends so you may be better off sticking to the standard free shipping as it is USPS Priority Mail which will ship on Saturdays. USPS Priority Mail usually take 2-3 days once its been its been processed by the post office.We ship to 50 states only, and do not ship internationally. Shipments will only be sent out to PayPal confirmed shipping addresses.
