What You Should Know about Payments & Checking Out
The biggest issue buyers seem to have with me is they don't like my checkout system. I'm sorry. The software I use is made by a Certified eBay Developer - Kyozou. Why do I use this software? Because eBay doesn't offer a software product that allows me to not only match up my sales with the buyers (YOU) but also matches up the sales with my consignment customers.....so I know who to pay out when the sale is complete. Without it I would be completely lost, so please help me out and give it a shot. If you have any problems just email me a note with INVOICE PLEASE as the subject and I will gladly send you an invoice directly from Paypal.
What You Should Know About Shipping: Please look carefully at the shipping rate shown at the top of this page. This is what you are going to have to pay to have this item shipped to you. This price is the actual UPS or USPS rate, plus somewhere between $1-3 for handling...which is NOT money that goes into my pocket - it goes to buy the tape, peanuts, bubblewrap, mailing envelopes and boxes needed to get YOUR item to YOU securely. SO ONCE AGAIN: please look at the shipping price carefully before you bid. If it is more than you are willing to pay, please do not bid.
PARCEL POST!!!!! PLEASE!!!! Do not choose Parcel Post for light weight packages!!! I know I can't stop you, but PLEASE don't do it!!! Sure, you will save about 12 cents...but you will slow your package down from about 2 days to up to TWO WEEKS! And then you'll call me complaining about how long it's taking.....so unless your package weighs more than 10 or so pounds, please just pay the extra pennies and choose PRIORITY MAIL or UPS GROUND!
Shipping discount: Second item receives a 25% discount, three items receive a 30% discount, four items receive a 35% discount and five or more item will receive a 40% discount. When you complete the checkout you will not see the discount at first. Only when you have been redirected to the Paypal website will the discount show up. So don't freak out if you don't see the discount right away... you will get one, I promise!
Handling Time: I try to get your order out to you as fast as I can. But like I've already said, I work alone and there's only so many hours in a day. So, please be aware it may take up to a week to get your item on its way to you. If you are in a hurry for your item, please email me a note with PLEASE RUSH as the subject line and I'll try to get it out by the next business day.
What I Expect from YOU
I expect several things from you the buyer. And the LEAST important of them is prompt payment. Pay me right away if you can...or take up to a week.
The MAIN thing I expect is patience and understanding. I value your business and will do everthing I can to make you happy....but I'm only human and the occassional mistake is going to happen. If your item is delayed, or damaged, or not as described, or missing, or you received them wrong thing, etc, etc, please contact me and then give me the necessary time to resolve the issue.
