Conditions:  Unit is used, it has about 600 hrs, It is in perfect conditions. The mower turns right on with the turn of the key. This is a commercial grade mower. The blades are good. There are no issues with this unit. This is truly a quality, dependable very well cared for mower. This is the last of my 2 Toro Mowers that I had.  I hate to see it go. The manuals are included. You will not be dissapointed. Unit is used so it does have its scratches and scuffs. This is all cosmetic.
