Return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. No returns shall be accepted without RMA number.

To obtain a RMA number, please send an email to foreverstreasures@live.com and be sure to provide the reason for return. Be sure the return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, and all else that came with it. You will be charged for any missing contents and is saleable condition. All shipping expenses to be paid by the buyer.


REFUND:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for a refund, simply email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). A return authorization must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted.
