Lindsay Meintel has been playing and coaching womens lacrosse for over 10 years.  She has played for the Utah National Team as well as many other All-Star teams.  After coaching at the college level for several yearsLindsay was recently named Division 1 Coach of the Year by the Utah Lacrosse Association and now coaches a U-19 select team.  This DVD is 40 minuts long and covers:
