MY FAMILY'S ANTIQUE WALLACE "IRVING" DINNER KNIVES-284g

It just got personal...the last few years have left me a ANOTHER DAY OLDER, DEEPER IN DEBT AND left with of LOTS of STUFF!  After having lost half of my family, I am blessed with having 5 estates of three generations to share with you.

AUNTIE'S ANTIQUE WALLACE "IRVING" PATTERN-SET OF 4 STERLING SILVER DINNER KNIVES

ALL OF MY STERLING SILVER ARE HEIRLOOM PIECES THAT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN MY FAMILY

       ...I opened Auntie's hutch...oh my, I know next to nothing about silver but here goes... 

EACH knife is part of a SET OF SEVERAL PIECES OF R. S. & W. PAT. 1899; in the "IRVING" PATTERN which PRECEDED THE PATTERN "OLD ATLANTA" (thank you from a very kind ebayer!) 

EACH DINNER KNIFE is what I think may be called a "FRENCH BLADE".  EACH  KNIFE I HAVE IS OVER 68 grams, with the heaviest, so far, of 73g.  These are VERY SUBSTANTIAL KNIVES and VERY BEAUTIFUL when POLISHED!  

They are 9 5/8" long.  The blades may have just a wee bit of surface rust here and there.  I am mentioning this for clarity purposes.  TOGETHER, THESE KNIVES WEIGH OVER 280g! 

I believe she purchased her silver (and also acquired pieces along the way) in the 1930's.
