Shipping
Shipping costs for USA shipping only, please contact us for a quote on international shipping.
Canada shipping is usually an additional $3.00 US. Heavier and bulky items will cost more so please contact us for a quote if your item will be heavy or very large.
We do not get tracking numbers on international shipments, so shipping insurance is required on all international shipments including Canada.
On all international shipments: Our customs policy is that we will mark "other" and place the selling price minus shipping on the customs form. Please do not ask us to mark as gift, or to change the price on the form. We will not do this. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I combine shipping and offer a discount of $1.50 off each additional item.
Shipping insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. Please note that if you do not insure your package I will not be held responsible for it's safe delivery once I pass your order on to the shipping carrier. If you decide to purchase shipping insurance please contact me before sending payment so that I can add insurance to your invoice.
Here are the fees for insurance:
$1.65 ................ $0.01 to $50
$2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.45 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.50 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.40 ................ $400.01 to $500
$7.30?????$500.01 to $600
$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.
If your product arrives in a condition other than listed, contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and we will try to work something out, after that time period no returns or refunds will be accepted.
If the item was damaged during shipping and the item was not insured, then there is nothing we can do, this is why we recommend shipping insurance.
Terms of Sale
Only the functions listed have been tested. We recommend purchasing insurance. If insurance is not purchased, than no returns or refunds will be allowed. If the item arrives and tested functions are not working, and insurance was purchased, than a full refund will be given once the claim is processed.
This return/refund policy does NOT apply on any untested, unknown condition or AS-IS item.
Items that we have agreed to have returned to us must be sent within 7 business days of reporting the problem.
The problem must be reported withing 3 days of receipt. After that no refunds or returns will be possible.
Returns are allowed only upon approval from us. If you would like to discuss a return, please contact us BEFORE returning it. Items returned without permission will not be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
