Movie description
The year is 2031. Gigantic insect monsters have taken over the Earth and are setting their sites on Second Earth, the haven to which the only surviving humans fled. All this is very strange for Yuji, a human who was put into a deep cold-sleep in the hope that there would be a cure for the terminal illness he had contacted. Making matters worse, sleepers like himself are now the prize of a war between soldiers hoping to save the human race and the Blue creatures who intend to destroy it. With gruesome imagery and stunning animation, this creation from anime master Takahashi Ryousuke (GASARAKI) has gained a reputation as being one of the most daring Japanese television series ever. It is also the rare anime series that has story lines and characters at least as strong as the animation.
