PAYMENTS

• Your payment must be received within 7 days of auction purchase.
• We only accept PayPal payments.
• All major credits cards are accepted through PayPal: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
• If your payment is not received within 7 business days, we will relist your item and file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay.

SHIPPING

• All items usually ship within 24 hours of cleared payment Monday-Fridays.
• We are closed on holidays as well as Saturday-Sunday. All orders that come in over the weekend won’t ship till Monday unless there’s a holiday.
• We do not ship to any address that’s not listed with PayPal as an authorized shipping address.
• We don’t ship outside of the USA besides for Canada which different shipping charges will apply. Please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
• We are not responsible for any duty fees or taxes when shipping to Canada.
• Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item leaves our warehouse when applicable.

• All pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• Typographical or other mistakes in item descriptions can happen. In the event that there is a discrepancy, we have the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
• Buyer is solely responsible to confirm the compatibility of the purchased item with their service provider. Please be care full to verify that the phones frequency [band] will be compatible with your network.
• As a buyer, you must be responsible in ascertaining if these cell phones make and model will work under your service plan, for your service provider and in your service location.
• Buyer is responsible to set up the phone and the phones functions, including but not limited to, the web browser. We are not responsible for activation problems.
• Being that we unlock the phones the box will not be sealed. It will still will be a brand new phone unless otherwise specified.
• Some of the phones we carry are imported items. In those few circumstance the phone will come with an adapter to charge it in the US. With imported items the phone will come without a manufactures US warranty.

RETURNS

• We offer a 30 day return policy on all items we sell.
• You must get an RMA number before returning any product.
• The RMA number must be on the outside of the box. Otherwise we will be forced to refuse the shipment.
• Items must be returned in original box intact the same way you received it.
• We accept returns for DOA ( dead on arrival ) or if the item is not as described.
• Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason.
• Once we receive the phone we will ship out a replacement phone.
