We ship only to the lower 48 States, Shipping and handling cost are stated in the shipping section below. We do offer a discount on items that can be combined, on single items shipping and handling is non-negotiable!
We do not offer a local pickup service, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
We do not ship to: P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses
Items ship usually next business day, but no later than 3 days of cleared payment. You will receive an email with the tracking info. If you do not receive an email please check your Junk Mail (Spam) folder prior to emailing us.
All items are insured in case of damage during shipping If you should receive an item that has been damaged contact us immediately and keep the item, the box and all packing materials. All damage claims will be settled after the claim process with the carrier has been completed.

Since we sell items at such a low discount price with small profit margins, we will only accept returns for items that are not as described. Simply stated this means you will get what you have bought. After you have received your item you have a 7 day window to test drive it; and if for any reason its not as described please contact us and we will resolve the problem.
This excludes items that do not work as a result of shipping damage, please refer to the "Shipping Damage" section below for details on shipping damage. We pack carefully, inspect and test all merchandise, its our discretion if an item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Any return must be authorized first, and returned including a RMA#. RMAs will not be issued after the 7 days, and all returns must be received within 14 days of a RMA being issued. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case by case basis. We are the final determinator if an item is as described or not.
Open Box items are in like new condition unless otherwise stated. Since these items may have been removed from the box, a small percentage may have tiny blemishes or minor scratches that were not seen during inspection. Units will not be accepted for return due to any minor cosmetic blemishes.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
An item that is damaged during shipping will not be issued a RMA. All items damaged during shipping, will require an insurance claim with the carrier. A refund will then be made when payment is received from the carrier for this claim.
