I am sorry but I DO NOT ship internationally at this time.  If you bid and you are not in the U.S, your bid will be cancelled.  Please do not bid! 

BIDDING:   I am sorry but if you have less than 10 feedbacks or less than 90% feedback rating, I hold the right to cancel any and all bids from you.  I understand that ebay is always getting new members and you may have low feedback.  If you are new, please send me a message stating so.  Also, if you bid and win, payment must be received within 24 HOURS. 

SHIPPING:  I will gladly combine shipping on multiple listings.  I will also discount shipping costs if you purchase multiple items.  Please contact me to ask about shipping discounts and costs.  I will be glad to give you an estimate on shipping costs prior to bidding.  I LOVE TO HAVE REPEAT CUSTOMERS!  If you are a repeat customer, after 3 purchases, I will offer a 10% discount on your item(s) purchased (off the total amount) plus I will offer FREE SHIPPING from time to time.  My handling time is 3 full business days.  I will ship items as quickly as possible.  Please give 3 full days for item to arrive at Post Office for shipment.  I will usually offer USPS OR UPS.  Please choose on the invoice if choices are offered.  I will try my best to provide a tracking number. 

PAYMENTS:  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER END OF AUCTION.   If payment is not made, I will open a dispute with ebay and items will be RELISTED.  If you decide to send payment late and after item is relisted, a refund of your payment will be sent and the items will continue to be relisted.  IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CANNOT SEND PAYMENT WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER END OF AUCTION, YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW.  If you contact me and we discuss arrangements for payment, exceptions can and will be made in regards to holding the item for you. 

RETURNS:  NO REFUNDS!!  Items are purchased as is!.  I will not tolerate emails that contain blackmail regarding feedback.  Due to Ebay’s new feedback policies, many buyers are seeking items for free by threatening to leave negative feedback if a refund is not given.  I will NOT issue refunds if you email me demanding such. All items are sold AS IS unless noted otherwise in the listing.  All items are tested and inspected prior to being listed and again prior to being shipped.  If the item is shipped UPS and sounds broken or damaged at time of delivery, YOU MUST EITHER NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE OR MAKE AN IMMEDIATE CLAIM WITH THE UPS DELIVERY PERSON OR CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY! NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNLESS YOU FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS! 

EMAIL:  PLEASE READ FULL LISTING PRIOR TO SENDING AN EMAIL!  Please do not email me with questions that are answered in the listing.  If you do send emails with questions that are already answered, I will not send a reply. I will try my best to reply to emails in a timely manner.  Please be patient.  I usually respond with 24 hours.  I am a busy mom at home and have medical issues as well.   I am very understanding and reasonable.  I love ebay and enjoy both buying and selling. 

FEEDBACK:  Ebay has now changed their feedback policy.  Most sellers do not agree with it.  If you are one of those people who are just never happy with anything you purchase, please do not bid.  Also, if you purchase items from me that are under $10 and feel you need to leave negative feedback,that is sad.  Some of you out there are on ebay to make it difficult for sellers.  You get a thrill by leaving negative feedback for items 99 cents and above, if that is the case, DO NOT BID!  I do not need your business.  If you really aren’t happy with one of my items, PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO LEAVING FEEDBACK!  I will quickly reply and try my best to resolve any problem(s).  I must say that you will need to have substantial proof of a problem that occurred.  If you are saying the item is not as described, you must provide pictures to my email address for proof of such or send the item back.  I run my business just like any other business in regards to selling, shipping, problems, returns, etc.  If you were to shop online with Target, Macy’s, Wal Mart, etc, policies would be exactly the same.  The only difference with buying from these places is that you don’t have the same FEEDBACK POLICIES.  If you are looking for a freebie, looking to hurt someone’s rating because you get pleasure from it, or just a disgruntled buyer who isn’t happy with anything, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS!
