If you haven't received a shipping notification after 2 days, please email me. Combined shipping is $4 per extra item in the US, $8 everywhere else. If you are in the US, you will generally have your item within a week, within 2 weeks if you are outside the US. **Canadian buyers, I use UPS unless USPS Priority is requested instead(add $6 to shipping).
