NY Giant's Personal Seat Licenses – Field Level 3 Seats

You are bidding on two (2) NY Giant's Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) for the new Giants Stadium.

 

Personal Seat Licenses give the holder the right to purchase season tickets, including playoff tickets (excluding the Super Bowl) for all home games beginning with the 2010 season and for as long as the Giants play in the stadium. PSL rights do not apply to other events at the stadium.  The PSL stays active on the condition that the season tickets are purchased every year for each PSL seat. These PSLs are being sold together and you will be required to purchase both PSLs.

 

The seats are located on the lower level in section Section 126, Row 22. All seats in this section and all other Field Level 3 sections are currently SOLD OUT.  Exact seat locations are available but are being withheld from this listing to protect the identity of the purchaser and the seller until after the purchase is completed.

 

Transfer of title of ownership of the PSLs is not permitted by the Giants until March 1, 2011 however, all rights to the two (2) PSLs will be assigned to the purchaser immediately upon receipt of cleared payment with actual title to the PSL's transferring to the purchaser on March 1, 2011. The buyer will receive the actual NY Giants welcome kit sent via USPS overnight Express Mail.

 

Purchaser will be responsible for compliance with all terms of the PSL Agreement with Giants Stadium LLC. The price for the two (2) PSLs does not include any tickets. Purchaser is responsible for the purchase price of all tickets and any transfer fees associated with the transfer of the PSL.
