Shipping, Payment and Other Info

Items will leave one of our warehouses within 24 - 36 hours (excluding Sundays) as we try to select the one which is closest to you. This allows for more timely shipping of our dvds. We ship Monday through Saturday. Multiple items may ship in the same package. Each order includes a tracking number. Most media sellers on eBay charge for tracking numbers or don’t include them with purchase. All items are shipped via USPS. Items shipped using our standard shipping option can take up to 10 days from the day of shipment from our warehouse location.

Items may be shipped together, however, we don't offer combined shipping discounts. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Unfortunately, there are some things within our control and others which are not. The above information is provided by USPS and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during peak seasonal periods or inclimate weather conditions; therefore, in certain situations such as these, delivery times make take an additional 1-2 business days.

Accepted Payment Types

Paypal is the only method of payment that we currently accept. Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction close. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

All unopened items purchased within the last 30 days may be sent back to us for a full refund. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. We accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date of items. Buyers must initiate contact within 30 days from delivery date. Our new items carry a manufacturers' warranty and if an item doesn't arrive in perfect condition, we will promptly (within 1 business day) ship you a replacement title. Refurbished (like new) items don't carry a warranty and are sold as-is. If you receive an item that will not work in your dvd player, please contact us and we will look into replacing the title with another previously viewed copy.
