Western Electric KS-22344 Engine alternator made by Alturdyne of california 405 hours, turns by hand. vertical diesel made in germany by Volkswagon I have the transfer switch and will include it, it is a 400 amp automatic switch with full instrumentation So here is what is wrong. Somebody stole the starter. they had to remove 1/2 the exhaust manifold to get it so that is missing also. these parts are still available for about $500. this is the way I bought it,I have never heard it run.
