Due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning sometimes.

If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND or be placed on back order. These refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original payment.

We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return within 3 days of receipt and we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that customized orders, personalized orders, engraved products, perishable products, confectionary merchandise, and international orders are not returnable.

If something should arrive damaged, we will gladly send you replacements.  All damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

If for any reason you feel we have disappointed you in any way, please contact us before you use negative or neutral feedback. This will give us the chance to correct any problem we may not even be aware of. On very rare occasions items can be damaged during shipping.
