Shipping charge is refunded for tickets that are picked up in San Francisco.


Tickets ship from us to you via FedEx.  Most tickets are in-hand & ready to ship the same day as you place your winning bid.

In very few cases, Jiffy Tickets is still waiting for tickets to arrive from the Ticketing agency.  If this applies to your winning auction, we will contact you asap to let you know.

Electronic email delivery of eTickets is sometimes available. Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses.  A PayPal account takes less than 10 minutes to set up

FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses; if this applies to you, please contact us immediately after payment has been made.

FYI

If tickets are in PDF format, they can be emailed to you up until the time the event takes place, but ONLY for events that take place in 48 hours or less.  All other tickets are shipped by FedEx
