local pick up & Shipping:

Local pick up is free.  If this requires shipping, the buyer will be responsible for all costs.

UPS/USPS:
If this item is less than 150 lbs and fits into a box we have in stock, then it should be able to go UPS or USPS (less than 70 lbs).  We DO NOT ship Fed Ex ground or DHL.  We can NOT use other UPS accounts other than our own.  We do charge a $4.99 handling charge for our professional packaging.  We will provide you with the costs usually within 1 business day of purchase.
Items that are bulky or heavy that are 75 pounds or heavier, we strongly recommend freight shipping to reduce the chance of damages.

Freight, LTL Common Carrier:
Items that need to go LTL Common carrier will need to be palletized.  For standard skids 48” x 48” we charge a $14.99 handling charge to prep the item for shipment.  Larger items and/or combined orders are subject to additional charges.
Following your purchase, we will prep the item for shipping. Usually within 3-5 business days we will provide the exact dimensions, weight, and a freight quote PREPAID on our account. These rates are ONLY if prepaid on our account prior to shipment and will not be effective if sent out collect or on your account. The customer is under no obligation to use our carrier and still may set up their own trucking

Flatbed, Stepdeck, Overseas Containers, etc.
We will load flatbeds, step deck trailers, containers, etc; FOB up to 40,000 lbs, quotes are available if needed.  Items over 40,000 lbs maybe have additional charges.

Payment:

Payments must be received within 7 days, 1 calendar week, of HGR providing shipping details.

We accept PAYPAL, Cashiers Checks, Personal/Business Checks (will hold for 1 day for bank clearing), Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We charge tax in the following states: IL, MA, MI, NC, OH, PA, & TN.
