Packaging:  All of our seed varieties are hand packed and shipped in re-sealable poly bags to ensure the longest possible shelf-life for your seeds. With seed listings sold by weight, seed counts are given as an approximation.  Each packet includes a detailed planting instructions card complete with a color photo of the plant or flower.  Examples of our packaging can be viewed here: http://myworld.ebay.com/seeds4change_ny.  For best germination results, seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until planting time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:  Payment is required within 7 days from date of purchase.  We accept credit card payments and e-checks via Paypal in US FUNDS ONLY from buyers in all areas.  To receive the combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for on one invoice.  Please use the 'request an invoice' option when you have completed your purchases and an invoice will be sent in most cases within 1-2 hours of receipt of your request.  We ask that international buyers please allow up to 8 hours from time of your request due to time zone differences.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise noted in the item description (US Buyers can generally expect to receive their order within 3-5 business days from that time).  Our standard shipping and handling fee for shipments to any of the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico is $2.50 for the first packet and $3.25 per order for two or more items.  Shipping and handling is FREE on purchases of 10 or more items!  Please understand that this cost inlcudes postage, tracking, labor, and packing materials to ensure the safety of your seeds while in transit as well as a minimal charge for labor.  To receive the combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for on one invoice.  Please use the 'request an invoice' option when you have completed your purchases and buyers can expect to receive an invoice within one to two hours of that time.  Priority shipping service is offered at a cost of $5.50 per order.  We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail Service within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise noted in the item description (Buyers can generally expect to receive their order within 7-14 business days from that time).   Our standard fee for shipments outside the USA is $3.49 for the first packet and $4.20 per order for two or more items to most locations.  International shipping and handling is just $1.00 on purchases of 10 or more items!  Please understand that this cost includes postage, labor and packing materials to ensure the safety of your seeds while in transit as well as a minimal charge for labor.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  To receive the combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for on one invoice.  Please use the 'request an invoice' option when you have completed your purchases and an invoice will be sent in most cases within 1-6 hours of receipt of your request.  Seeds4change_NY cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit or packages being delayed or held due to your countries customs restrictions.  Most countries allow the import of small quantities of seeds (less than 100 grams) without an import permit; however some countries may irradiate some or all packages entering the county which can effect successful germination of your seeds.  Please contact your local Customs Department or Ministry of Agriculture so that you are aware of any restricted items and import procedures.
