We charge actual shipping charges as determined by the weight of the items packaged and the packaging used. Those charges are determined by the usps.com . Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback because you think the shipping charges are too high. If you have a problem with the shipping charges, please contact the USPS or UPS or FED Ex. and complain to them. We, as sellers, have absolutely no control over those charges.
If you do not leave 5 stars, our ratings go down, our costs go up, our placements go down. I guarantee that 99% of the time we, as sellers, (all sellers), are penalized for the high cost of shipping that we have no control over. We are also penalized because buyers don't understand that we have to charge handling fees.
I'm sorry for the rant but although we work so very hard to get these items out the door within no more than 48 hours and often times the same day, we still get three and four stars for the cost of shipping. That has a direct effect on our small profits as is.
Regarding handling fees: In order to continue to sell our products, we have to make some kind of a profit. Even though our supplier has raised their costs on everything to us, we have still kept our costs very low.
Our handling fees don't even begin to cover our time spent to get the spouts, package them, print the labels, usage of ink and paper, tape, gas to get to and from the post office, time to list the products, answer emails, etc.
Many buyers don't know that The Ebay fees to list our products under $10 average 35 - 55 cents for each listing and then the final value fees once we sell these are almost 12% of the selling price! Paypal fees are almost 3% when you pay. It's almost like paying taxes. You get charged every which way. There is NO way that the handling fees even begin to cover the other associated packaging fees.
When you see "powerseller", that does not necessarily mean "rich person" or they are bleeding me for money. That means that we have to sell lots and lots of items to be able to pay a few bills each month. Maybe if you see a powerseller with 10,000+ feedback you can start thinking that they are making enough money to pay their bills, but the average powerseller is not making a killing.
Thanks for your understanding, but if you honestly think that the price of this item is too high, please don't bid. There are many others selling these on Ebay. I'd rather not sell a product and get the best feedback then to have someone penalize me when I have done everything in my power to make this the best deal.
Also, I don't know of anyone who is perfect. If I make a mistake, please let me know nicely and courteously. I hate nasty, threatening emails, especially the ones where I get blamed for something I didn't do. Believe me, no mistake is ever made on purpose. I will fix my mistakes and make things right. If you make a mistake, please let me know as well. We can work together to make every transaction a five star transaction. 99% of my customers are great even when I've made a mistake and I am thankful for each one of them. It's because of them that I still continue to sell on Ebay.
INTERNATIONAL: It takes between 14-30 days on average to receive your package. Once again, I ship within 24 to 48 hours and have NO control over how long it takes after that. You may also have to pay VAT or Customs charges. We cannot determine what those charges will be. We ship to Australia, Canada and the UK and take other requests individually. The cost of shipping has gone up dramatically for international customers as well. We have many satisfied international customers.

We charge exact shipping costs based on weight. We do add a handling charge that averages $2. We need to help cover our Ebay and paypal fees and do NOT make any money on shipping. The costs of packaging, trip to the post office, gas, printer ink, and time are too high and we do "eat" those costs. INTERNATIONAL: Please understand that we ship within 24 to 48 hours or the next business day. You can verify that on the customs form attached to your package or by putting the customs for number into usps.com . The customs form number is not a tracking number and the package cannot be tracked, but delivery can be proven. It can take up to 30 days to receive a package, something we have no control over. In addition, you may have to pay a VAT or Customs charge upon your package arrival. We do quite a bit of international shipping and have only lost one package due to the customer providing the wrong address on paypal. Please double check your shipping addresses on Paypal so you get your package as quickly as possible. Thank you!
We will accept returns for money back within 7 days unless otherwise noted. Some items can't be returned for hygenic reasons so please order carefully, especially any baby products. We will refund your money minus shipping and handling charges and if you ordered the item by mistake, it will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping. If we made the mistake, we will reimburse you for shipping any products back to us or work something out with you.
