Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via DHL Globalmail and the final delivery will be made by the USPS. By utilizing DHL we have been able to receive more consistent delivery times on all of our shipments. Please be aware that all standard shipping orders will be taken to Hebron Kentucky for sorting prior to being turned over to the USPS for final delivery. All domestic orders will receive delivery confirmation. If you order Standard Shipping your order will take 4-14 business days to arrive. For items that quailfy for Expedited Shipping, those items will ship via DHL Express Mail serivce with the USPS performing the final delivery and will arrive 2-5 days after shipping.

Q: Will you accept payment methods other than PayPal?
A: At this time we can only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is fast and secure and it protects both the buyer and seller from many types of internet scams.

Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: If the item quailfies for International Shipping, then you will be able to purchase that item. If you do not have the option to purchase then that item does not quailfy for International Shipping.

A: We will refund any purchase within 30 days once we receive the item back in the same condition in which we shipped it. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned for reasons other than an error on our part.

Q: What does "Good Book" mean? A: If we have a book listed as "New", then that book is exactly that, NEW. If it is used it will be described as "Good". As a used book it will have some wear. The cover may be worn, some pages may have highlighting or minor underlining, it could also contain a previous owner's name inside the cover. The binding will be tight and all of the pages are still attached. If a book is described as "Acceptable" the cover will have significant wear and possibly some small tears, and there is likely a great deal of highlighting and underlining throughout the book.
