Shipping

USPS is the method of shipping that is offered.  Orders will usually be sent out within 2-5 business days after payment is received.  For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please inquire with us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary.

Shipping costs will be combined if more than 1 item is purchased in the same order.

Payment Terms

Since the items are all Buy It Now listings, payment is due immediately. PayPal is my payment of choice, which also takes all the major credit cards.    

Returns

There is a 30 day return policy for most products.  International orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients cannot be returned.  All essential oils which have been ordered in 4 ounce or larger sizes require prior authorization for a return.  Essential oils, Absolutes and Hydrosols have to be returned in one week, unopened and in their original containers for full refund, this is due to their highly volatile nature and cost.  The buyer will bear the cost of the return.
