  TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ABOUT THE SELLER:         I am a serious watch collector and a continuous Member in good standing of the NAWCC (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors) since 1995 (No. 0130378).  I fully abide by the published NAWCC ethics and rules in this and all my auctions.

  We offer a refund of your original purchase price only (not shipping) if this item does not meet with your entire satisfaction.  No questions asked, just return it well re-packaged and in the same condition in which received.  A picture truly tells 1000 words and the photos here control over any written description.  I try my best to describe accurately but can miss things, so evaluate the photos carefully because they tell the whole story.  Please bear in mind that these items are used and old, and may not always be 100% original or even complete.

  COMBINED SHIPPING:  We are happy to offer combined shipping so long as the purchases are made within three days!  No exceptions!

        We accept payment through PayPal only.  Please contact us within three (3) days with payment or payment arrangements or we reserve the right to re-list the item.  After seven (7) days without contact after purchase we will turn it over to eBay as a Non-Paying Bidder matter.  We do not end auctions early and do not offer “Second Chance” offers ever.  If you receive such an offer it is not from us.  Please report the matter to eBay directly.

  ALL BIDDERS:  We ship our items by USPS First Class Mail for $4.95 for complete watches or watch cases, movements and dials, and $3.95 for watch hands.  Our items are shipped FOB (Free-On-Board) our shipping point here in New Mexico and we are not guarantors of the U.S. Postal Service or any other country’s postal service.  If your item arrives damaged or otherwise not as described a refund minus our shipping charges is the only available remedy once we receive the item back and evaluate the matter.  If your item does not arrive at all the loss is yours if we can prove we mailed it as agreed in this contract.  Combined shipping is $2.00 domestic for each additional item – must be purchased within three (3) days of each other.
