**REGARDING FEDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
Shipping via Fedex will eliminate brokerage fees. However, the customer (YOU) will be required to pay a duty / tax to your country for importing an item. Most countries duties and taxes range from $5-$15 with the exception of Brazil which can be around 60% of the assigned value. Please don't take our word for this, we don't live there. Check with your local customs agency to determine your estimated taxes and duties. We can NOT mark Fedex shipments as gifts.

**REGARDING FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
If you choose the 1st Class International shipping you do so at your own risk and confirm that you have read and agreed to the following: The delivery time is in the 1-6 week range and there is NO tracking. If you choose this method for shipment PLEASE do not contact us to locate your shipment until at least 5 weeks have passed. An $8 insurance and handling fee is required and is included in the price above. If you need the item fast or get impatient easily please do not use this method for delivery. Choosing Fedex or Global Express will give you tracking and fast delivery.

Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S. and can I combine shipping if I purchase multiple items?

Q. How long before my item is shipped?
A. Fast! We ship out USPS orders 4-6 days per week and Fedex orders are shipped Mon, Wed, & Fri. If you are a new member with less than 5 feedbacks and/or have an unconfirmed paypal address or have paid by credit card there could be up to a 4 day hold on your shipment.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
A. If your item is shipped via Fedex or USPS Express than you will receive a tracking number. We will email you the number after we have shipped the item. If you choose First Class International mail there will be NO tracking since they only have confirmation of delivery. Please see the disclaimer below the shipping rates regarding International First Class. (Please note that the USPS system for domestic U.S. Priority and 1st class mail is not a tracking system but rather confirmation of delivery so it will not show any progress on the package until after it has been delivered)

Q. I see some of your items don't come with the factory paperwork and/or the original box. If they are authentic, why don't they come with all of the factory packaging?
A. A small percentage of our items were purchased at factory closeouts or dealer/customer returns. Often times in these cases the factory box was damaged or discarded. When the box is discarded then the paperwork and/or the box can no longer accompany the glasses. So if any of our listings state the glasses don't have paperwork, it is likely for a reason as simple as we just stated.
Having paperwork and a matching box in no way negates from the item being authentic. Of course we guarantee all items are authentic. Our focus is the glasses and we guarantee they are in new and perfect condition. So if you are particular about having a nice, clean, original, factory box then you should ask if the glasses in question come like that.Though our main focus is the glasses, we do like to make the boxes look nice, so we use our discretion to send you the most aesthetically pleasing box. (Please note that only a small percentage of our items might come like this so please read the listing or inquire as to how you will receive the item).
Q. Why is the Oakley box I received different than the box in the picture?

Q. Why did you file a non-payment dispute? I told you I'm having issues with my papal account / credit card.
A. We have a lot of people who like to bid and win an auction or use the buy it now with no intention of paying. In an effort to save time and make the items available to people who are going to pay, we have our system file non-payment disputes. The disputes are automatically filed in 8 days if payment is not received. So if you have sent payment and a dispute has been created do not worry. Once your payment arrives we will withdraw the dispute and ship out your item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES / TERMS
  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, including the factory box. DO NOT return them inside of an envelope because the factory box will be damaged. Return them inside of a sturdy cardboard box similar to the way you received them.
  2. You must return all packaging. Including: inserts, carrying case, paperwork, cleaning cloth, etc.
  3. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling in all transactions.
  4. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. No restocking fee on exchanges.
  5. Shipping, handling and insurance is NOT refundable.
  6. If you are returning your item for a refund we will send you a mutual agreement message through ebay that you are returning your item. You must confirm that you have returned the item before we will issue your refund.
  7. Include a note with the original item number, your user ID and the date of purchase to expedite the return / exchange process. If you don't include this information the item will sit on a shelf until you contact us.
  8. If you provided us with the wrong address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time.
