Mens-Tungsten-Ringcom honors returns. You can return an item within 15 days from the time of purchase. Your account will be credited upon delivery return. The purchase price will be credited to your account less shipping & handling and less a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned in worn condition or engraving will be refused.

You must request an exchange and follow up by paying our return exchange postage and 20% processing fee. You assume shipping and handling and tracking responsibilities to our location. Any merchandise returned in worn condition or engraved will be refused. Ring exchange is based on a size availability. Style exchange will incur same shipping and processing fee, less or additional costs differences.

Inner Diameter
Optimal comfort fit is applied to every ring and the inner diameter is polished clean from makings and engraving in case you wish to personalize a message. We do not engrave rings. Marking the inner diameter does not constitute authenticity.

If you chip, break, or scratch your ring and wish for replacement, simply email us and we will bill you out for approximately 50% of the cost of your purchase plus shipping.
