Authentic Art Deco Commemorative Gold-Fill Bracelet from GoodYear - Features Mercury's  winged foot in great detail, lots of acanthus leaves, and the great Deco lettering and shape of the piece.  Stamed "cTo" and 1/10 10k.

Color is sort of rose gold, (hard to tell on the computer monitor).  Clasp is missing.
