Shipping / Handling

We do not normally ship the manufacturer's boxes with our shoes. The boxes are recycled and the shoes shipped in regular shipping boxes. If you have any need or concern about an item being shipped with the original box, please contact us before bidding on or buying an item so that we may help you.

We reserve the right to ship via UPS or USPS for shipments within the lower 48 United States.  Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and International orders.  All orders require shipment to a physical address. 

International Shipping

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
• We cannot ship to the following countries: Malaysia and Nigeria.

Auctions & Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel bids or transactions from buyers with low, no, or negative feedback. We reserve the right to end our auctions early.  Winning Bidders must respond and make payment arrangements within 8 days of auction closing.

Any changes or requests regarding an order must be made prior to payment.  If you make payment before making any necessary arrangements and do not include notes with your payment, the transaction is subject to immediate completion as described in the listing. If you wish to cancel a transaction, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the items cost with a minimum of $2.50.

Warranty

We warranty all of our products for 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery so as for us to proceed with the replacement or refund process.

Discounts

The best discount we can offer is on combining auction and/or store items that are shipped together.  Full shipping and handling is to be paid on the first item and the shipping and handling on each additional item will be 40% off as long as the items are paid for together. It is the buyer's responsibility to adjust shipping upon making payment.  The opportunity for discount ends upon receiving payment from the buyer for all items to be combined.

If the entirety of your order is composed of items with free shipping, there is no discount to apply.

Feedback

We are happy to post feedback for buyers who have posted for us.  If you are satisfied with our transaction, please leave your comment with eBay and we will respond in kind.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved. Please read the listing before bidding, and if unsure, email us with questions.  In select cases, we may allow you to purchase alternate items from our stock instead of the auctioned item (only if item is in stock).

Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part. Items listed with Free Shipping and Handling that are returned are subject to a restocking fee equal to the cost of our original shipping of that item. In addition, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.  No Refund after 7 days.  No Exception.
