I bought this Premium Creative Suite 2 months ago.  It is brand new, it is the C4 edition.  Me being an artist, I had to buy the C5 therefore I no longer have use for the C4.  It has been opened and installed into my computer but that is it.  Like I said, that was 2 months ago.
