Return acceptance is decided on a per listing basis.  We generally do not accept returns, here is why.  As a small, family business, we take great care in acquiring, purchasing and listing our items.  Returns are generally damaging to both parties involved so it is one of our top priorities to ensure customer satisfaction without ever resorting to a return.  We represent our items accurately and provide ample photographs so people can see for themselves what they are purchasing.  We take the time to answer questions in order to be certain our customers know what they are purchasing.  We ship items through major, reputable carriers in safe durable packaging which under most conditions prevents damage to the item in delivery.  If we make a mistake however, we will stand by you in our transaction.  Genuinely faulty goods, which were erroneously represented by us as functional will be replaced or money refunded.  We must be advised of any faulty goods within forty eight hours of the buyer's receipt of the item.  The buyer will pay to return the item back to us and upon receipt of the item we will refund the purchase price.  That being said, returns are not common.  So, go ahead and purchase your item with confidence!  We will work with you!
