- We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends. However, if you are bidding on multiple items, our system will consolidate all invoices and apply the multiple item discount. Please wait to pay until all auctions that you are bidding on have ended.
- If you do not pay for the auction within 7 days we will file disputes with eBay as eBay has strict policies about non-paying bidders. We also reserve the right to charge a 30% cancellation fee (on the total invoice cost) for ANY cancelled auction otherwise we will file a dispute with eBay.

If the customers just want to return the merchandise regardless any manufacture defect or damage during shipping. In this case, we will charge 30% restocking fee (on the total invocie cost). Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return the items to us.
