Returns/Exchanges if for some reason you are just not satisfied with the item:

  1. We must be notified by eBay message or email (ironcarter@yahoo.com) with the reason of returning/exchanging or any possible resolving concern within 3 business days of item delivery date. All notifications between 3-7 business days are subject to 15% restocking fee. Return/exchange notifications received after 7 days will be eligible for store credit only!
  2. The item must be send back within 5 business days of notification message date. All returns sent between 5-10 business days are subject to 15% restocking fee. Returns sent after 10 days will be eligible for store credit only!
  3. Upon shipping back the item package must be insured for full value. ThreinFindings will not be held responsible for any loses or damage that might occur during transition. All the back shipping issues are buyer responsibility and must be covered and handled by the buyer
  4. Only items received in exactly same condition (unworn, unused etc) can be accepted as a return/exchange or store credit
  5. Returns/exchanges or store credits will be processed within 2-3 business day from the date of receiving back the item and are subject to full refund less shipping charges and eBay listing fees. If time frames above are exceeded restocking fees may apply

Returns/Exchanges if something is wrong with the item:

If mistake with the item occur on our behalf, buyer is eligible for full refund within 2-3 business days after we receive back the item in exactly same condition (unworn, unused etc) as well as 5% OFF discount toward future purchase on any item in ThreinFindings Store for the inconvenience
