This Kit contains sufficient ink to refill most black cartridges at least 3 - 6 times and most color cartridges at least 12-18 times. (Smaller cartridges can be refilled many more times, up to 80 refills for some CANON models with small ink tanks). This comes out to approximately $0.50-2.50 per refill which is much less than the typical $25 - $35 new cartridge price.
