NOT SURE WHAT TYPE OF WOOD IT IS, BUT IT'S VERY ATTRACTIVE.

 THIS WONDERFUL PIECE COULD BE USED TO DISPLAY MANY ITEMS, JEWELRY, ANTIQUES, GUNS, OR TAXIDERMY ITEMS, WHATEVER, YOU COLLECT OR WANT TO DISPLAY, WILL LOOK GREAT IN THE CASE!

THE GLASS PROPS UP WITH ONE ROD. THERE IS A PLACE TO INSTALL A LOCK, THERE IS NO LOCK IN IT AT THE PRESENT TIME. IT HAS 2 LIGHTS IN THE CABINET, WHICH MAY BE USED OR COULD BE CHANGED WITH OTHER LIGHTS YOU PREFER.

GLASS IS  27 " DEEP, CASE IS 28 1/4" DEEP 

There are beans on the bottom of the case for contrast of items that were previously stored in it.

   Condition: VERY GOOD !  IT IS SOLID! NOT SHAAAKY. IT HAS A FEW VERY MINOR SCUFFS, SCRATCHES. THE GLASS IS GOOD, NO CRACKS, SOME SCRATCHES ON TOP.
