All returns must be authorized by Cricket's Den, LLC. Return request for non-defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and a buyer may be charged a restocking fee. Any buyer requesting to return an item will be given the amount of any restocking fees for his/her consideration before the request is processed. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
We will issue full refunds (including shipping) and pay for return shipping on defective items (items subject to inspection by Cricket's Den and/or product manufacturer to determine validity of defective claim). Defective items are not subject to a restocking fee. Return request must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the product.
