Hello, first off I am know many of you probably are a little bit leary of purchasing from me as I have not sold any items yet.  I know some are probably thiking that I am just out to get your money or scam you though I am not.  I have had it happen to me and would never do it to anyone else.  Also, please rest assured as I am NOT new to e-bay.  I sold on e-bay several years ago and only left for personal reasons.  Secondly, I am fairly up to date on all e-bay rules, regulations and policies as well.  Also, I do know that it is nearly impossible (not saying it couldn't happen as paypal isn't always fair and it has happened to me) to steal money or scam a buyer as they have great buyer protection.  I have recently purchased a collection of antiques and collectibles I will be listing.  However, my main speciality will be in action figures and antique toys such as windup toys.  I will be offering the "best offer" option on all my items.  So, if you don't like my price simply send what you would pay for it.  Please don't however send rude e-mails saying "you're an idiot" or other remarks to that nature as I will be running a business and my prices are also based on what I have paid for the item.  As I stated, I will be making e-bay a permanent business for me and plan to open a store in the near future.  I promise to provide excellent customer service and will do anything and everything in my power to make our transactions a great experience. I will also list every detail that I can see on each and every item I sell as I won't sell anything that I wouldn't want to buy myself.  If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me, please allow 24 hours for a response. Thank You

After 15 figures, add $0.25 for each additional figure won

Payment Options

I will only be accepting paypal for payment to protect everyone involved in the transaction.  Payment is due within 5 days after the purchase.  Failing to do so will prompt me to file a dispute with e-bay to gain back the fees I paid.  Also, you will forfeit your item and it will be relisted for another customer to purchase.  If you need to make other payment arrangements please don't hesitate to contact me as I am very reasonable but please do so BEFORE you purchase the item.

RETURN POLICY I cannot state enough that I WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM THAT IS RETURNED IN A CONDITION DIFFERENT THEN WHAT IT WAS SOLD IN. I will contact e-bay myself and let them know why I won't refund you your money. Sorry, not trying to be rude but I recently sold an action figure to a certain buyer and it was MOC and if you view any of my MOC action figure listings I tell everything and I do mean everything that can or could be wrong with an item. Well to make the story short, I shipped the figure to a buyer in a box, they shipped it back in a flimsy envelope. Needless to say it wasn't near in the condition sent as the figure was totally outside the bubble on the card when he returned to me. I try to be as honest and fair as possible with my buyers though it is also expected of you as well.
