SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. There is a $20 charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. territories. Rush shipping is available at $20 for the contiguous 48 states. Please contact The U'Neak Rabbit if you would like to have Rush Shipping. A separate invoice will be sent for the extra shipping charges.

International shipment costs are indicated on each listing. International orders may take up to 3 weeks due to the fact that our drop shipper does not ship internationally. Therefore, items that are shipped from California must be sent to Florida and then sent from Florida to its final destination. Customers will be notified if this is the case. All international orders are sent via USPS Priority. The tracking number will only reflect when the item has reached the country.  From there, the local post office delivers the package and delivery times may vary.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered within 2 weeks for U.S. orders. Each listing indicates the shipping and handling time. If, for any reason, an item will not be able to be delivered in the indicated time, the customer will be notified and will have the option of a full refund if item will not be able to be delivered timely.

All listings indicate shipping method. If the method is USPS Priority, it will be directly sent from Florida. All USPS Priority shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the customer. UPS Ground shipments may not have a tracking number indicated. We will try to obtain a tracking number whenever possible.

RETURNS:

Any item that is damaged is to be returned within 30 days from purchase to receive a full refund. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Please contact The U'Neak Rabbit to obtain the return shipping address.  DO NOT USE THE CALIFORNIA RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.  There will not be a refund issued for returns sent to California. When item is received, the refund will be issued. Any questions or concerns, please contact The U'Neak Rabbit.
