7 days after the buyer receives it | * Returns must be made within 7 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise. WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT OF THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. 30% restocking fee charged on all returned items. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
* If you should receive a broken item, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller to file a claim within 7 days of shipping date. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PROPERTY TO US. We request that you photo the box the item was delivered in and photo the damage of the item you received and email to us. We will then send you an Affidavit to complete to file an insurance claim. The Shipping Insurance Company will make arrangements to pick up the package in its original packaging when you file a claim. Once we review your Affidavit we will determine whether to send you a replacement or refund your money. Do NOT send damaged items back to us. |
