Here is one of the earliest types of horn speakers.  It is a trutone made by Sadler Mfg., it uses a Baldwin earphone that clamps in the bottom, Sadler also made a version of this horn that used a complete headphone with tubes for the headphone to fit over.   This clicks when I put a 9 volt battery on the end of the speaker cord so it is working..  U.S. buyer pays $ 15.00 shipping.
