Items may be returned for a full refund within 3 days after delivery to you, undamaged and in the condition shipped by us. Return of the item will be your exclusive remedy in connection with the purchase of an item from us. Contact us via email with any question regarding this issue.
Processing:
Items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after our receipt of payment. We will have no liability for shipping items to the address you provide in the checkout process. Be advised shipping delivery is daytime, with signature required, please provide your daytime address.

Liability limitation:
All items are sold "as is" and without representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever. Except for items that are eligible to be returned to us (see above), we have no obligation to accept any item for return or refund and we will have no liability to you for any reason. We will have no liability for loss of or damage to any item after our delivery of the item to USPS or, in the event of an eligible return, until delivery to us. In the event of any such loss or damage, insurance will be your exclusive remedy. We recommend that you insure all items being returned to us.

You must be the actual legal holder of the PayPal account and/or credit card being used to purchase any item from us. We may request documentation or other proof of compliance with these requirements.

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims:
These terms and conditions, and all transactions with us, will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the purchase of an item from us or otherwise with us must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the Commonwealth of Florida. We will be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of the Commonwealth of Florida, including but not limited to, attorney's fees incurred by us.
