Cancellation Policy: It is our policy to not cancel orders at any time. We have a return policy in place but cannot cancel orders prior to shipping. In an effort to provide quality service every time. We automatically begin processing your order once it is received. It is too difficult, costly, and time consuming to stop an order in the middle of its shipping cycle. It’s a manual process that takes time and attention from other orders that need to get out quickly.  For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy below allows) for a refund. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is higher as it becomes a highly manual process when the procedures set in place are not followed. 

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: 
If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product. 
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a retail box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. 
Under this condition a 15% restocking fee would be assessed against your refund amount. Also, please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.
We are very careful when packaging your item so as to avoid any damage occurring in transit. However, we do strongly encourage that you purchase the additional shipping insurance at checkout time. This way you are protected, if on the rare occasion your product is damaged during shipping. With the shipping insurance, you can then file a claim with the postal office and recoup any losses. 
To avoid costly returns, carefully check the description of the item you are purchasing. Please be sure it is exactly what you want before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order. 
In the rare case of a return, you must contact us immediately to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning the product. Please email us with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RAN number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. 

If your item is considered an electronic item, (such as stereos, DVD players, etc.) the serial number will also be required at the time of return. In an effort to protect us against unfortunate fraud, we started monitoring serial numbers for all electronic products prior to going out so that we can make sure we get the exact same item returned for credit. 
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost to you. Please email us to initiate a replacement shipment. 
We will always do what is fair and right for our customers. Therefore, if we are found in any way negligent or liable we will take full responsibility.  We want our customers to have a memorable experience every time they interact with our company and we strive to do just that.
