Item Description

This is a new 'Today is Halloween' Book.  This books encourages safe and appropriate Halloween behavior, from trick or treating in groups to always saying "thank you".  With delight verse and colorful illustrations, this book demonstrates how to have a safe, happy, and fun Halloween. 

We ship daily except with the post office is closed (Sundays and Holidays).  We usually ship in the mornings on the way to work so if your payment clears after 6AM CST, your package may not ship out until the next business day. 

If you need your item(s) by a certain date, please send us the item name and quantity you would like to purchase, along with your zip code.  We will check USPS information and let you know the estimated delivery time.

Combined Shipping-Other Items

Our combined shipping policy applies ONLY to Domestic Shipping when all items are grouped on one invoice, paid, & shipped together.

We do combine shipping but we do not have 'combined shipping discounts' set up since we charge only the actual shipping costs.  We will weigh the items and determine the actual shipping cost. 

Check out our other unique and hard to find items!  For a combined shipping quote just let us know the item(s) you would like to purchase.  Please include the quantity and your zip code.  We will respond with the total combined shipping costs within 24-48 hours.  

If you purchase two items, one with shipping costs and one with FREE shipping, you will get $1 discount off the shipping.  You will get the $1 discount for every FREE shipping item purchased, not to exceed the original shipping cost.  Ebay will not allow sellers to give discounts greater than the total shipping charges and unfortunately this causes us not to be able to give discounts when two or more FREE shipping items are purchased and shipped together.   

After you purchase multiple items, please do not pay until you receive an invoice with all your items grouped together on one invoice.  You may 'request a total from the seller' or wait for the invoice (usually within 24 hours). 

Customer Satisfaction

We strive to make every customer happy with every purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and give us a chance to resolve the issues.  We will always take your concerns seriously and we try our best to have only satisfied customers.

Payment

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.  If something prevents you from paying within the 7 days, please let us know.  

Please note:  If you pay with an "e-check" this will delay the shipping of your item(s) as we will have to wait until the payment clears Pay Pal so we can print the shipping label.

Sales Tax of 9.50% will be charged for items shipped within the State of Tennessee.

Returns

We accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase or if you receive a defective item.  However, we do ask that you contact us prior to returning an item.  If there is a problem with an item and you would like to return it, please try to let us know within 7 days after you receive the item.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once we receive the item, we will refund you by the same method of payment you used to purchase the item (i.e. paid thru Pay Pal, we will refund you thru Pay Pal).  Please understand that we do our best in describing items and inspecting them before shipping.  However, we may make a mistake, as we are human.  If we do, please let us know so we can learn from them and not repeat them.
