This listing is for a rare NWT Pottery Barn Silk Oxford Stripe 18" pillow cover.  There are two colors available, red and cornflower.  The cornflower has a slate blue appearance.  This listing is for the cover only, inserts are not included.  This is a first quality item bought at a Pottery Barn store, not an outlet.
