SHIPPING:

• We ship orders out fast!!We strive to ship all weekday orders within 24 hours of receiving them and all weekend orders on Monday mornings.
• Our daily UPS pick up is at aprox 11:30 Pacific Standard Time. If you place your order before this time we can usually have it out the same day.
• We ship domestic orders via UPS ground. You can contact us to make other arrangements prior to purchasing an item.
• Domestic orders will take 2 to 8 business days by UPS ground depending on your location. We are in the Great Pacific Norhtwest so that means East coast customers can expect up to 8 business days for their packages to arrive.....we process your order fast to help make up for this.
• We ship international orders via U.S. Priority Mail International.
• International customers can expect approximately 2 weeks for orders to arrive. This can vary greatly with your location. Thanks for understanding.
• All orders will receive a tracking number at the time of  processing and we will respond in a timely manor to any questions regarding shipping.

RETURNS:

• We accept returns for up to 14 days after your receipt of the item.
• The returned item must be in like new condition and in the original box or package.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the original shipping costs.
