There is a $2.00/item shipping discount on the purchase of multiple items for Continental U.S. buyers. For international orders, I do not give discounts on combined shipping charges.  Instead, I will just add the handling fees for each item onto the actual estimated shipping costs, usually saving buyers between $5.00 and $25.00 per shipment.  International orders can be costly and this is the only sensible way to pass along combined shipping discounts.

In most cases, items should arrive in 7-10 business days. I will provide tracking numbers when applicable. Insurance is usually available. The buyer is responsible for items without insurance. I cannot guarantee shipping times on international orders (due to delays in international customs) unless they are FedEx Ground to Canada.

All international orders are subject to a $2.00 to $5.00 handling fee (included in shipping rates).

Handling fees include a variety of additional charges including packing materials (boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and air cushions). I try to recycle boxes and other packing materials to reduce costs, which I do pass along to my buyers. Be aware that in some cases, a single box can cost anywhere from $0.47 to $5.32, depending on its size – this does not include any additional packing materials (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.). All international packages are assessed a $2.00 to $5.00 handling fee.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping rates listed in this auction will automatically be upgraded to FedEx or Priority mail, in most cases, at no additional cost. States including but not limited to KY, IN, MI, TN, VA, and IL, may receive packages via Parcel Post since the shipping time is identical to Priority Mail. If you want to guarantee your item has insurance, you must purchase it (at additional cost). The buyer is responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. Items listed with UPS as the shipping method will automatically be shipped through FedEx. In this case, insurance will be included (up to $100.00) for no additional charge.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in your PayPal account once your item has shipped. When applicable, tracking information will be included. Sometimes email addresses are not up to date or messages get lost in spam blockers. If you do not receive a confirmation ship email from me, please feel free to contact me for your items shipping information.

If your item is damaged or lost, please contact me immediately. Items that are insured will be replaced or refunded.

I will accept a returned item as long as the buyer contacts me within 10 days of the shipment date. If there was an error in the item’s description, I will cover the return shipping fees as well as issue a full refund to the buyer. If there was no error in the description, but the buyer does not want the item any longer, I will accept the item back – no problem. In this instance though, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued once I have received the returned item/s.
