RETURN POLICY

Wrong size?

if you got a wrong size, there are 2 reasons only

1. we make a mistake and ship you a wrong size , if so , then we will ship a correct one to you and there is no extra fee on you.

2.you pick the wrong size , in this case , you will need to return it , then we will ship you another one, but you will have to pay for the s/h fee of return it and the s/h fee to re-ship it.

If you have any other problem with the item that you received , please email me at jplushes(a)gmail.com or send us message in ebay and we will solve the problem with you and we will answer your question within 24 hours , if you don't get an answer back in time , there must be a problem in my email account or yours , usually the email is blocked or transfered to JUNK mail box , so check your junk mail box or email us again please.

if you really really don't like the item that you bought ,you can send it back and we will refund the cost of the item back to you , but not include the s/h fee and you will have to pay for the s/h fee to ship it back.

if package lost in the mailing system or somewhere else , we will send you a replacement package[ if we have extra one in stock. or else we will need to remake a new one ]
