About this item:

Items are new unless otherwise specified.  We open packaging for photography, to inspect for damage, or repackage for shipping.

The OEM packaging provided can be pretty rough - but the parts inside are new.  Also note that parts packaged loosely from the manufacturer in plastic bags or loose in a cardboard box will have scuffs and marks from rattling around in the box.

Shipping:

Smaller items are shipped USPS priority mail within 48 hours of receiving payment.  We don't charge for shipping insurance.  If your product arrives damaged - please let us know within 72 hours from delivery and we'll take care of the problem.

Larger items are shipped via UPS.  See shipping calculator to see which method we're using for this item.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days on any unused mechanical part in the original packaging.  Sorry but we cannot accept returns on electrical parts like control boards.

Diagnose carefully.  Often with electrical parts like control boards, another item may have failedand shorted out the control board.

We charge a 25% restocking fee on parts, buyer pays return shipping.
