All our products are original, brand new and sealed (Where the manufacturer encloses the product in shrink-wrap, the wrapping will be intact.), sourced from a leading Australian supplier(s).

Region Coding Help!
If you are unsure if you are unable to play our DVDs please check your manufactures information. For European Countries (PAL) most DVD players are able to have the region coding removed. To do this do a google for your make and model and region free. Eg: "PACIFIC DVD1002W REGION FREE"
This only works if you have a PAL dvd player.

We DO NOT sell used items, imports, bootleg copies, screeners or back up copies, only original, brand new products (unless specifically indicated as an Ex-Rental).

ATTENTION USA CUSTOMERS

Our DVDs are formatted PAL and generally Region 2 and 4 encoded. (See Item details for exact coding).

The common format in USA is NTSC Region 1 this is different and may not work on your machine. Please before bidding / purchasing please ensure that your DVD player and TV can play the format PAL and the appropriate region. For further details on region coding and format please follow link below.

Australia: - All Items are shipped using Australia post. We only use Registered shipping for tracking purposes and insurance purposes. UK Customers ALL UK orders are Sent Recorded Signed For through Royal Mail.

Whilst it is always our intention to deliver the items within a specified timeframe, delays are sometimes inevitable, whether it be post or supplier issues, so your patience is greatly appreciated.

International (excluding UK) - All Items are shipped through with Signature on delivery Service. (This is not an express service). (Item may be directed through Singapore Post to obtain this signature service) Please allow upto 20 days for the item to be delivered. Most Countries allow items to be traced online after a certain period of time (1 week).

Once your order has been processed you are able to log in on our site to receive tracking information. You will be given a unique order number. Please use this order number in all correspondence.

Due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to to accept returns if the product has been open / used unless approved by DeVoteD DVD.
If an item is deemed faulty these are able to be returned for refund or swap for another item.
We take no responsible for player incompatibility, If an item is incompatable with your player you are able to return this to us though actual postage costs and a 20% handling fee is not-refundable.
