About Booksavers of MD

Booksavers receives donated books and recycles them in a variety of ways. Proceeds help to support the work of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a relief and development agency working in the U.S. and around the world.

EXPLANATION OF CONDITION:
While some of our books are unused and free of markings, the majority are donated by schools and may have corresponding markings. Though the specific condition is noted in our descriptions, in general, a used school text will include a school stamp or label and may have students' names inside the front. If present, writing or highlighting on the pages will be mentioned in the description, otherwise the pages will be clean.
Ex-library books often include a label on the spine and another school label or two on the cover, a card pocket, school stamps, and may have discard markings (often the stamps are marked through or "discard" written inside the cover). If the book has a dust jacket, it will be noted in the description, otherwise none is included.

HOW TO BE SURE THIS IS THE BOOK YOU'RE EXPECTING:
Searching by ISBN in an excellent way to find textbooks and educational resources since they are specific to the title, copyright, etc. Book titles come from a standardized catalog and are not always as specific as we would like but we try to make note in our descriptions of additional details that might be useful.

We accept only PayPal for eBay orders and are not able to process any other payment methods at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience!

Shipping

Please read delivery time estimates carefully if you need a book quickly.

All of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and shipping / delivery days are subject to the USPS schedule (i.e, no shipping or delivery on Sundays or USPS holidays). We ship to PO boxes.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday and will be shipped within two business days of your purchase - we're often able to ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We do not ship overnight or through other shipping companies like UPS or FedEx.

STANDARD SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE THAT STANDARD SHIPPING HAS A VERY WIDE DELIVERY WINDOW. If you're in a rush, standard mail may not be the best choice. Orders with standard shipping will be sent via USPS media mail which often arrives within two weeks but can take three or four weeks on occasion (though four weeks is quite unusual).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Orders with expedited shipping will be sent via USPS Priority Mail which typically arrives 2 - 3 business days from the shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the wide range of the cost of international postage, we do not offer international shipping at this time - our apologies for the inconvenience!
