About National Product Sales

The NPS Store - (National Product Sales, Inc.) is a freight recovery company that specializes in buying and selling salvaged merchandise. The NPS Store deals mainly with lost, misdirected, overstocked and distressed types of merchandise from various sources throughout the United States. We currently offer merchandise for sale via eBay.com. We are housed in nearly 750,000 sqft and have approximately 400 employees. NPS has been in business for over 40 years and is continually growing. We offer all types of merchandise varrying from computers and electronics to industrial items, sporting goods, clothing, groceries and more. Each product that we sell on eBay is guaranteed to be in the condition described in our listings. We pride ourselves on honesty and strive to do our best to make sure that every transaction will leave our customers with a desire to return. The NPS Store has been conducting business on eBay since 2001.

We accept PayPal for all eBay orders.

Shipping

We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Please click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above for details. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns

If you feel like the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or was damaged in shipping, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, please call or email us, within 7 business days of receiving your item. All returns require a return authorization.

If you want to return your item because you changed your mind or the item does not satisfy your needs, we will accept a return if the condition of the item and retail packaging have not been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyers must obtain proper return authorization from an NPS customer service representative prior to returning the item.

Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 business days after the item has been delivered to the buyer.
